PROJECT LED BY ME

Sat alongside the CMO to shape BTC Inc strategy from Bitcoin Conference 2024 through 2025. Contributed to product marketing direction, brand positioning, and narrative development leading into the launch of Nakamoto.

KPI/OUTCOME

Educated and aligned ~10-person marketing team on full customer lifecycle framework, introducing lifecycle-based product thinking across conference, media, and brand assets. Identified cross-product growth opportunities and narrative gaps, improving strategic cohesion and positioning ahead of the Nakamoto launch. Delivered 45% YoY user growth across US & LATAM markets Increased event site conversions +60% through UX & landing optimization Secured $1.5M in sponsorships
