Let’s Talk!

ANALYS FALCHUK

Hi! I am Analys, I was born on May 29, 1999, and my last name comes from my grandfather, who was from Poland and part of an Orthodox Jewish family. That heritage has always been a meaningful part of my story. I was baptized in Jerusalem and celebrated my Bat Mitzvah there as well, where I received my Hebrew name, Ashera.

Today, I work at the intersection of startups, bitcoin treasuries, AI & fintech, venture, and global builder networks, collaborating with founders and teams to help our companies grow through strategy, partnerships, investor relations, and better marketing & narrative.

operate between Miami and Nashville, working with teams across the U.S. and South America in both English and Spanish. Along the way, people have described me as a “Renaissance woman”, someone with many talents who moves across ideas, people, and projects with curiosity and energy. I’ve also been told I can light up a room with my smile, which I like to think comes from genuinely loving the people and work I get to be around.

My path eventually led me into Bitcoin and fintech in Miami, where I helped expand a payments company from South America into the U.S., onboarding more than 6,000 merchants and generating $4M in transactions in eight months.

Later, I joined the team behind BTC INC, the Bitcoin Conference, helping lead marketing initiatives that expanded the event into new cities like Nashville and Las Vegas. During that time, I managed a marketing team of ten and helped generate over $500k in ticket revenue through our campaigns.

Over time, my work has evolved into something broader than a single role. I’ve worked across marketing, strategy, partnerships, community building, and investor relations—helping companies grow while learning how capital, technology, and networks come together to shape the future.

I grew up in Venezuela during the economic collapse that began around 2013, when hyperinflation reshaped everyday life and pushed millions of people to leave the country in search of opportunity.

At 16, I arrived in the United States with $500 from my dad and enough money to pay for just one semester of college.

That experience shaped the way I approach everything in life. I had to figure things out quickly, earning scholarships, solving problems, and finding opportunities where none seemed obvious. After graduating, I launched my first company: a hospitality marketing agency that grew to 12 clients, generated about $7k in monthly revenue, and supported a small team of five people.

Entrepreneurship wasn’t theoretical for me. It was curiosity, survival, creativity, and a lot of learning in real time.
